Added to every wallet top-up, before GST — see the breakdown below. Wallet credit itself is unaffected.
Retailer Engagement Reserve
The minimum balance Retailers keep in their wallet — you can withdraw everything above this at any time.

Counters can be booked for any of these durations at their listed daily rate.
How a campaign is actually priced
A counter's total cost is simply daily rate × number of days — shown on every counter listing before you book. That full amount is reserved from your wallet at booking time. As the campaign runs, it's paid out to the Retailer one verified day at a time; the retailer-side fee above is taken from each day's payout, not added on top of what you pay.
Wallet top-up breakdown
Topping up your wallet adds the brand-side fee above, then GST, on top of the amount you choose to credit:
Only the wallet credit itself becomes spendable balance — the fee and GST are what you pay via Razorpay on top of it, not deducted from it. A full, itemized tax invoice is generated for every top-up.
