Delete Your Account

How to request deletion

1. Email support@counterad.com from the email address or phone number registered on your account, with the subject line "Delete my account".
2. Include your registered username or business name so we can verify you're the account holder.
3. We'll confirm your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days, then email you once it's done.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: name, contact details, business/store information
• Uploaded documents and photos, including KYC/verification documents and display proof photos
• Notification history and saved preferences

What we retain, and why

Wallet transaction history, payout records, and campaign/booking records tied to your account are retained after deletion, as required for financial, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations under law — consistent with our Privacy Policy. If you have an open campaign, dispute, or pending payout, we'll complete or resolve it before deleting the rest of your account.
